encryption software? Ha Ha If the data is encrypted then how am I going to read how to build a bomb? If that's the case then there is not much to worry about since not many people will have the key to decipypher the data. And if the network is inside some country we have no control over then case closed...there is nothing we can do anyway except block the crap geting onto the main servers onto to main internet.

No, not at all. If you don't encrypt your data then people can find out what you are doing online. If you do then your packets are much more secure. Either way, you can still access this information.
