We have a medical doctor at his side. We proceed to torture him until he is at the brink of death, and then revive him completely. Repeat 3,000 times. Then cut off each finger slowly and cut off his arms and legs. Don't kill him. He will NOT be made a martyr. He will die of old age at some point, and he could never used as a symbol by the terrorists or as aspringboard for more terrorism. People who die of old age are not symbolic as martyrs, and they are forgotten.

I like that plan! Sounds good to me, lets proceed with it. Though, make it a bit more severe, and show him the pain, he has caused all of us. Show him how it feels to be hurt emotionally, and physically. Get him where it hurts as well, Take off any part of his body he could possibly use for terriorism. Though like you said, dont kill him, it will only make him a hero among those many sick terriosts. We need him to die of old age, so that way, he will just be... forgotten.
