Default Homicide Bomber: Kills 121 people in Baghdad

Again----I must ask: WHERE IS THE WORLD'S OUTRAGE???? Where is that SAME world outrage that was so apparent when some panties were placed on the head of some Abu Ghraib prisoners? Surely, the mass murder of 121 civilians is FAR, FAR worse and deserves some OUTRAGE from the world????? Surely, this should cause the world to want to come out strong against such people and beliefs who would do such things??? But they are silent.

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A suicide bomber driving a truck loaded with explosives hidden beneath cooking oil, canned food and bags of flour obliterated a Baghdad food market on Saturday, killing at least 121 people in one of the most fearsome attacks in the capital since the U.S. invasion in 2003.

Default .

These are the people we are supposed to run from.
Murderes who kill men/women/children in markets.

Thats why there is little outrage JP5..they don't want to focus on who the enemy is killing..they want the focus on how EVIL those trying to stop them are.

Default Outrage heads west

I think there is outrage over these acts yet it goes in the worng direction. It turns into claims that America is gulty for bringing these attacks upon Iraqis. How America's involvement in Iraq is when this started so we are guilty for this crime.

Default Huh

Why do you say that people are not outraged?

Why do you insist on saying putting panties on peoples heads is all that happened at Abu Ghraib? I guess if I tie your hands behind your back, lift your hands and then beat you to death, that you would think that is the same as putting panties on your head.

So how is putting 21,000 troops more in Iraq going to stop these bombers?

The point is that we are smack dab in the middle of a civil war. The funny thing is that those who are now wondering why there is no world outrage are the same ones who had no outrage when we stupidly went feet first into that civil war.

Wo are you going to get outraged with ? Two groups of Iraqians killing each other. Big deal!!

If this The surge deal does not work soon Let's get out, lets' arm the two Arab sides and the Kurds, and stand back and watch.

When one side kills off enough of the other we will deal with the winners.

Let's save our forces for Iran.

This has been happening for the last 2 years. You can't expect this "outrage" thing every time it happens. In fact complaining about of "outrage" in general is idiotic.

Default hmm...

Look at ruwanda, it goes without saying, if their wasn't any money there, we wouldnt give a crap...plain and simple.

that being said, I wish "western Imperialism" or whatever, would start passing the savings off to the american consumer, instead of just continually increasing profit...

I mean, jeez, our position is so precarious, its no wonder we install the likes of fidel castro to power..

over the past 50 years, we've used terrorism, we've used Clandestined radio, we've carried out bloody coups...we even created the taliban for the cold war..

in the end, we find yesterdays friend is todays enemy, the nuclear technology sold to Pakistan, and Cyrus Nasseri, as well as China, is falling into the hands of truly evil people who plan on using them to rule the world.

but thats ok, we can make a few bucks in the mean time..

DIGNITY for America please, Independent Energy, and a boycott of opec would be a good start.

It's not. Nobody's ever been able to stop the homicide bombers in Israel or other places either. But to just leave and give up the fight will only embolden them and make it worse.
