Default Bhutto killed in suicide blast

Probably the best choice for a pro-US ally in Pakistan is now gone. It is highly unlikely that the culprit was ISI-based. More likely that it is a Jamaat-e-Islami faction. Absolutely absurd!

Yes, it is sad. Surely a blow for democracy. Bhutto seemed like a good woman.

Ah, let's see, if there's anything "funny" or "ironic" about this, it's that the Bhutto
supporters are already yelling and screaming that Musharraf was behind it, and
I mean - what time is it now? My prediction - by 12 noon PST, you'll see an actual
American flag being burned on TV.

Right? You, "Musharraf did it, and Musharraf is Bush's minion, and Bush is the
anti-Christ, and so it's time for us to start rioting" -

And I mean, there they go - I can see it right now, it's right on the tube.

Default Unlikely

Bhutto was probably the most pro-US leader in the bunch. It is more likely that this will cause people to turn against the extreme elements of the JI.

That's a shame. Being a moderate, pro-western political leader in a country that manufactures terrorists is about as dangerous a profession as one can get.

Default Dumbasses!

What is it with people and the blowing up of other people? How does that seem like a good strategy? How does that get anybody what they want?

So stupid. Especially blowing up women. That's just stupid and sick.

Well, if their goal was to kill Bhutto I think they did quite well. It could also cause all hell to break lose over there, which may also be a goal.

Default A very dangerous situation

As radical islam increases it's influence, the closer it gets to having (for the first time ever)
a nuclear weapon.

Pakistan,in response to Nuclear India, developed nuclear weapons.

Now,there's grave danger that,in case the regime in Pakistan will fall, Al-Qadea will have nukes, and then, it will have the US, and espically Israel and every moderate in the area by the b****.

For that,I belive,in spite of my sympathy for the pain of 9/11, America must concentrate on keeping the regime in Pakistan alive and well, which will mean to move forces for that cause away from chasing Bin-Laden.
