I would say that as long as they cleared out any life forms above the level of an insect, and made sure to keep a good distance from any humans, they should be free to blow up any small parcel of grass or any barron rockpile they wish.

I can't think of any way terrorism that results in the deaths of random civilians, no matter what the method, can be justified. This video is just another religious fanatic trying to rationalize murder.

The key to inderstanding its twisted rationalizations is to understand what it meant when it referred to Muslims being "attacked". When just about ANYTHING can be construed as an attack, not a whole lot is being limited here. Disagree with what this thing says?

The fatwa says, "when the enemy attacks if suicide bombing is the only possible option to defend to the save the lives of human beings it is obligated to do so to save the lives of others".

The example used was: "Imagine an aeroplane that is carrying a nuclear bomb and going to drop it in a city and imagine the lives of the millions of people that would be saved if the aeroplane explodes before it reaches the target. The Muslim who is able to explode such an aeroplane he/she must explode the aeroplane even if he/she knows that they will die by exploding the plane".
So does this not say that the Muslim person who is carrying a nuclear bomb on a plane explodes the plane before it reaches the target. This means this suicide bomber has commited suicide but has not taken any lives.

It is not murder or suicide,

It is people who love freedom more than life.

So you have to have a fatwa for this? Seems to me it would just be common sense. If a airplane has nuclear bomb on it and I have the power to stop it I would and I wouldn't need a dumbass fatwa to clear it for me.

Who exactly is the enemy, and who is he attacking? As mentioned above just about anything can be considered an attack by Muslims.
