Bomb, near my university
today, our university was evacuated because of a bomb alert in ministry of communications, that is our neighbor. police special forces came into the university, and evacuated students. the university was closed until tomorrow. I asked one of the police officials there, and he told me that they've received threatening calls about a bomb in the ministry next to us. they haven't found anything yet. that was one hell of an experience. it was awesome!
 btw, couldn't find any english sources on the issue.

yes, they told me that. I'll check the issue tomorrow. it seems that someone called the ministry, and threatened that a bomb is there. police came in almost instantly.

does the timing coincide with the exam testing schedule? that was usually when we had the false fire alarms while in high school

I worked at a department store for 2 months and we had 4 bomb threats there during that time. Apparently it happens all the time.

no, it was a totally normal day at university. I think the issue goes back to the ministry. and honestly, I don't believe any one here have the guts to do such thing. Iranian police is very strict on such issues.
