Default What is Bush's real purpose for everything/anything?

-The War in Iraq
-Wire-tapping
-The Waste of money on ignoring victims of Katrina
-Ports

What's next?

Anyone able to say?

Did I miss anything that Bush has done to destroy America?

Default .

Well for one thing, bush did not ignore the Katrina victims. The governor of Louisiana did not ask help from Bush therefore he could not do anything. The people had enough warning to get out.

First of all, who was it that declared Lousiana in national distress? (wait for it). That's right. Prez Bush.

People had enough warning to get out? How about the fact that no one knew that Katrina was going to hit Louisiana until 48 hours prior to landfall? And the reasonable percentage of homeless people?

Not to mention that it took party-goers to clean up Louisiana after I-don't-know-how-many-months later, so that it would be ready for Mardi Gras. What about that? It's kinda sad, isn't it? Party goers, of all people, cleaned it up, and that was months after it should have been fixed.

Where did all the money go to fix it then?

Also, what about the other things I mentioned? Were the other things Bush's faults?

Default welll...

That's cause Cheney stopped giving him Pretzels after every time he talked without stuttering or looking at the shiny camera for what appears to be an eternity.

See, now this is were you are wrong. I happen to go to church and my church along with other orginizations such as, oh, I don't know, The Red Cross Maybe went and helped clean up along with the national guard, all helped the people who were devastated and I could go on. And the reason it was only 48 hours because once again the govorner would not let him until 48 hours prior.

Default To BungaloBob26...

...Yes, a lot of people helped. I know that, and you are right. But that does not mean it did not take a long time. It still isn't fully cleaned. So you cannot ignore that.

ok, I can agree on that. Your right that we can't ingnore that, but you must take into consideration that cleaning up a city after a natural disaster such as katrina will take some time.

We had this conversation a long time ago, didn't we? And we still have yet to have houses built up in New Orleans. Sure, the churches and such are there, but where are the houses?
