Rice is a major poltical force IF she decided to run for any office.
She is also a very possible canidate for Vice President 2008-2012/2012-2016
To say she has "no chance" if she chose to run for anything is absurd.

Rudolph Giuliani is a major political force in his own right and is popular nationally. He's second runner atms to McCain with the closest Democrat that being Hillary behind a good 20% or more. If McCain was not around he'd probably be the likely perceived front runner.

Oh well.... why you think that is clear.
That crap eats you up until you can't discern reality from rhetoric. It will leave you in the dark as to the why's of things politically in the USA..you'll always be surprised.

I agree. But I wasnt citing random thoughts.
Yes, you are. Unless you have some data showing that Americans are for the war, you have nothing other than random thoughts. Because I have all sorts of actual data. You have none. Here's more:

http://www.pollingreport.com/iraq.htm

This is almost TOO easy.

And here's another few of about 100 links showing that the White House is thinking about sending more troops in.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20061216...2_061216162452

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/IraqC...C-RSSFeeds0312

Hell, even the British know.

I wonder why he would think about sending more troops in when we've already won the war? Odd. You would think since we've already won and things are going so well over there he would actually want less troops. But here's a prediction: Whatever he decides to do will go wrong. It always does.

Condi has sure proven that she is a major political force. Her political force is about as strong and trustworthy as Rumsfeld's. She has about as much of a chance at winning in 2008 as Rumsfeld does.
Rudy Gulliani would be shot down by his own party because he's pro gay. he is no major force at anything. The man was a victim or circumstances on 9-11 as was every victim. He was mayor at the time and did nothing more than any mayor would have done in that position. He simply did his job. Big deal. Rumsfeld was also at the pentegon on 9-11 and helped carry out victims both alive and deceased. Rumsfeld ran the war with his own Neocon agenda and Americas interests were not his interests. Just as Bush is doing.
Both of their agendas as is Condi's is not about Americas interests at all what so ever. If it was then Bush would listen to the meassage America sent on Nov 7th and he would also listen to the bipartisian recommendations of the Baker commission. He is not. He is stubbornly Staying the course by slowly and secrectly FINDING A WAY FOREWARD. how long do you think it is going to take before America brings their message to his doorstep? The message that he is refusing to hear.

Uh Huh.

Oh and to be blunt..I can't figure out why you keep on pointing to the recently released commssion report in regards to Iraq.
Why not?..becasue the "message" as you clearly seem to think it sent.it didn't. In fact it rejected it. Same goes to a large degree with the last elections and the American People.
You need to spend less time saying what the "message" sent was and more time finding out what the "message" said.

Did the both the voting American public and the bipartisan Baker commission
say that Bush's policies thus far have been a complete failure? I think so. That is the clear message I'm referring to. Do you think that Rumsfeld was let go the day after the elections because he's been a success? Do you think that diplomacy consists of three word catch phrases? That seems to be all Bush can conjure up. His brilliancy is shining through.
