I think this says more about the horrific culture in the middle east than it does about the American military. Middle Eastern culture seems to have little respect for what are considered to be basic human rights in the West. The corruption in the middle east is blatent and rampant. The corruption in many developing countires is almost institutionalized. These types of reports should make NATO question whether the Iraqis are really prepared to run their own country.
