Thread: American Child Molestation Horrendous

This is a copy of a Post I placed in the World News Section a few minutes ago
You might reasonably reply that you do not want or need duplication .
However , given the Topic here of , " Do Americans know what World Politics means" , I thought there was some rationale for also placing it in the US section , and particularly as some visitors to this section do not find the World News Section a pleasant place to often visit .
To those whom it annoys , I do not apologise . I am sure it won't be long before some Moderator feels obliged to tidy up matters even if Racism is allowed to roam rampant .
Nothing like tidiness as an approach to Godliness .

I got to read yet another post here from an American highlighting an abuse story from another country which is heavily Muslim .
It came across to me as a completely Racist Post , because , for the umpteenth time here , we have people reporting serious crimes elsewhere -- as though the same problems were minimal in the US .
As someone with a degree in Psychology -- full English University -- I know that this type of behaviour is Universal , with some evidence suggesting that deviant behaviour is highest in the West / Industrialised countries .
In two minutes I unearthed this compelling report from the Abel and Harlow Child Molestation and Prevention Study for America .

FACT ONE
At the time of this report , 39 million Americans had survived Child Sexual Abuse .
FACT TWO
More than 3 million American children are victims
FACT THREE
Most molesters are Caucasian ( 79% )
FACT FOUR
MOST are Religious ( 93%) and are married/have been married (77% )

So what is the full agenda of Posters who repeatedly tell us about horrible and shameful incidents , here , there and everywhere in the Muslim world ?
Where are the Posts telling us about married White American molesters who are out there in their millions apparently ?
I think there are some Plants here plus people with loaded Agendas , whom some could and do suggest that their Posts are out and out Racist , regardless of intent .
What have you got to say to that , nice middle of the road Americans ?

Americans don't like this thread one little bit .
Particularly white married working guys who believe they are religious .

Did you think the only Molesters and Bum ticklers were Muslims ?

We have a small number of American contributors whose Racism is regularly shown in their Topic choice --- instances involving Muslims in unacceptable behaviour . Today it is Bangladesh and Ghana , tomorrow it will be Niger and Djakarta .The ever present comments are Islamophobic and always extreme , as though we have a sub species on our hands .
Americans on average are insular and inward looking . Their conception of World News is quaint and sad . And when it comes to moral outrage , they are oblivious of their own appalling situation .
This Topic suggests that bluntly , America is a nation of child molesters , which given the disturbing condition of their national psyche is hardly surprising .
It is a wake up call to the Racists on this Forum that , before they start criticising others , they need to clean up their own act

So to refute someone claiming something bad in a Muslim area, you pull up a completely bull(*)(*)(*)(*) report claiming sexual abuse is rampant in the US? So two wrongs somehow make a right?

Is sexual abuse bad? Absolutely. Do I just buy a random report that doesn't quite seem right from a rabid America hater? Not for a second.

In 2010 there were 688,251 confirmed cases of child sexual abuse in the United States. 21.9% Black. 21.4% Hispanic. 44% Caucasian. Much more believable numbers.

It is disturbing indeed, the statistics you have posted. It is shameful, in my eyes, that supposed adults look at children as something sexual desirous. In a nation that claims to have higher morals and goodly character than all other nations on this Earth, it comes as no surprise to me being that people who "pray to be seen of men" are often the worst when it comes to moral behavior adherence. Such proclaimations are often used to hide, shall I say, less than Godly behaviors.

The behavior of casting negative disputions upon others comes as no surprise to me either. The act of scapegoating is what some call negative-self reflection or deflection. The same negative connotations used against Muslims today are in the same vein as those used against, Blacks, "Indians"/Natives, Chinese, etc. It is a form of dehumanization so when evil is visited upon such people, the moral sting is either non-existant or lessened because they are "lesser than we are". Such mentalities engender hatred, scorn, rejection, bitterness, etc.
