I been really busy with life so didn't have the time to spent a lot of time on this forum. But now I'm back and I want to learn more about politics. However, the big question is, does it matter? I mean there are a lot of people walking around having no idea and care what's going on in DC. I didn't care either, but now I want to care and know what's going on. But my question to you all is does it really matter or should I just go on with my life, stop going on this forum and let politicians do their job.
95% of the country doesn't give a thought to politics except between October and the first Tuesday of an election year. About 50-70% of those people vote for people and initiatives they know nothing about other than what they heard on a TV commercial. You are vastly outnumbered.
