If police officers dont abide by the law, proper due process and observe human rights then why should the US population have any respect for those very same principles?

Why does it NOT surprise anyone in the world that the 3 defenseless African Americans had their heads kicked in on the street by a pack of wild Philidelphian cops taking out revenge (what colour was their skin I wonder?)

I hope that the officers read them their rights before they "QUESTIONED" them!

If you are interested you can do a google search - It only just happened a few days ago in Philadelphia and was in response to a police officer being killed whilst on duty.

The footage was official Police video from a Police Chopper that was hovering above the scene.

So the Cops must have known that they were being video taped and yet they still carried out a senseless beating of 3 men.

Even if they were the men that killed the police officer a few days earlier, thats not really the way to handle the situation. It can make things worse and start riots - and even further revenge against the police.

You tube should have the footage I would imagine - not sure!

There are many who believe that rules of law shouldnt apply equally to all.

It Explains why Bush is ramming through legislation in the US congress that gives him and his criminal mates immunity from any prosecution under the War Crimes Act (which makes it a felony in the USA to contravene the Geneva Conventions).

Yes the Law should be suspended for police and they should be allowed to do whatever they like. You dont need courts or lawyers. Just execute people on the street. Thats the American way! Linch them on them trees like dogs!

Fallacious argument. These officers will be investigated and potentially charged. If they are charged, the videotape shot by their department will be used at their trial to convict them.

These criminal scum shot up a street where little kids could have been playing, or sleeping gently in their beds. Before this incident 3 Philly officers were killed in the line of duty, the three individuals are lucky we cant quater them in a public square anymore.
