LOL. Only a fool says such a thing, a statement indicating a complete inability to determine ethically correct actions in any situation more complex than an animal could solve.

And yet you are calling for W and his admin to be charged with war crimes. Its only black and white when it fits your opinions and works to achieve your political goals, you mean.

See the problem is that Bush claims "executive privilege" which makes it legal. The Executive Branch has just as much legitimacy to debate legality as do the other branches. Basically people voted in a dictator who makes law that benefits some and subjugates others--not all persons are equal under "Bush law." But unless both Congress and the Supreme Court together move against him, he is pretty much untouchable. Unfair yes, but that is the reality.

OK, so you want to imprison our President and members of Congress for defending our country and looking out for our national interests?

Why would you do that?????

True and good point. Unfortunate of course.

Charging him is not the same as convicting him. If he truly has nothing to hide, then what's the harm in going to trial right? As long as it's fair and balanced like Fox News, Bushie should have nothing to worry about. I never said the man was guilty, but at least entertain the possibilty that evidence may exist for indictment, instead of denying it before even seeing it.
