Of course not. But it has nothing to do with 'Bush Law' and everything to do with 'US Law' [Constitution].

Bush is right regardless if Congress and the Judiciary 'moves against him'. Besides, Congress approved, sanctioned and funded the Iraq War.

Congress and the President need to be held accountable for their nonsense.

And the American people need to know they (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up.

I never said the man was guilty, but at least entertain the possibilty that evidence may exist for indictment, instead of denying it before even seeing it.
Oh, I didn't deny it. I examined the evidence. If it had been convincing, I would have immediately started pushing for us to withdraw from the Geneva Convention as I know many others would if Bush and his admin were ever charged with such nonsense.

I don't care if the terrorists are tortured, or to be more accurate, I WANT them tortured. I want the information, at any cost. I do not view them as deserving of Geneva protections since they haven't signed on to it and violate every one of its principles as much as possible. To give them the protections of the agreement without the obligations is to make the agreement meaningless. No country would have any reason to agree to it anymore and this is a victory for the muslims, a step toward making US more like THEM.

Therein lies the issue.

Hard to hold somebody accountable for a crime when you agree with the action of the crime.

It's the most appropriate response to your stupid, anti-American, pro terrorist post.

Oh I see. So actually holding politicians accountable for their actions is not only anti-American, but pro terrorist as well?

That line of thinking is what is detrimental to American society and the reason we got into this mess. Not my line of thinking sir.

Please share what these "actions" you think the politicians should be accountable for. Personally, I think tax hikes should be on the list.
