What I didn’t like about this whole ordeal. These were allegations, not facts. If someone were to call the police saying that I was molesting my niece, even by her. There should be a procedure that says, we will questions everyone, find who the caller was, and talked to the accused. If this looks like a prank, then leave. But if this girl was to come forward while the police were there and say, “Get me out of here”. Then it would be a total different circumstance.




But what happened here was the police, who always were suspicious of the sect. Get their first phone call and go in there blazing with no proof. Take all the kids and place them in fosters homes immediately. As a parent and I were in their shoes, I would be hiring a good lawyer to relieve some policeman of their jobs and payment for damages.

Then the next time they get a phone call they will investigate the allegations.

Tell that to the guy down the street, who just found out that his 14 yr. old daughter's been sneaking out at night with her 15 yr. old boyfriend. This father's now in jail. She called the cops because her Daddy instilled some older & wiser discipline from days gone by. Tell that loving SOB he has/had no right to whip her little arse because he loves her and he should've let the system take care of it with counseling.

Go on. . . Tell him!!!

You’re comparing to different situations and making sense of it. One is allegations vs. a group of people. Who were doing nothing wrong in the eyes of the law? They had no proof to put these kids in anything.

And the other is a father who is trying to instill moral standards in his little girl. And whips her butt, and get put in jail because the local people created laws against it. And more than likely it was a he said / she said. But I bet there was more to it. In my area, I can whip my kid’s ass all day long. But when it goes to abuse, it turns into a different story.
