I understand Jonah Goldberg tried to get on thi forum to defend his book till he was exposed. Is this true? I read it on another forum.

At any rate, he failed to rewrite history.

To recap:

The south lost the civil war.
Liberals in both parties passed the Civil Rights laws.
Bush gave the OK for "Mission Accomplished"
The war was about WMDs.
Religion was used to prevent blacks from marrying whites.
Nazism is on the conservative side of politics.

All those conservatives who try to rewrite history will fail.

So we should default to your opinion where "official" history is concerned?

Attend a class, pick up an ACADEMIC book or read a newspaper that isn't run by a cult leader.

It is very hard to change public opinion on something that had already been proven.

70 years of Nazis being on the conservative track will not be changed by conservative bloggers or a guy who has to get on blogs to defend his silly book.

BTW, "Mission Accomplished" was Ok'd by Bush. McCain looked silly trying to rewrite that piece of history.

The mission the sign referenced was the removal of Saddam and his government. The mission was accomplished. So the sign was accurate.
