McCain didn’t lie; he was just a little ahead of the neo-con schedule! They are going to bring a large swath of troop’s home ahead of the elections, I’m telling you without the fear of reprisal that this is going to happen! The Knuckle will say, well yeah McCain was right we're winning in Iraq and troops withdrawals are what comes next. It won’t be defeat at this time. I will also bet that when you look at the violence levels they will match past statistics, but will be considered gains because it goes with the mind set that will be presented as victory.
