Default Has the gov't went to far

our constitution says we are all equal but are we. once our officials are elected they do almost whatever benefits them not the people they are put there to represent. second why do we need a constitution are we so stupid we have to have a piece of paper to say we are free. third we can never even own our own land completely. even if we pay the property off they still tax it. so its as if the gov't is just renting our own property to us. what gives them the right they say the law gives but the law comes from them.

The law comes from them, but we gave them that power. The constitution is written so that the laws have physical evidence that they are just and correct. And yes, some people are so stupid that they need it written down. Yet still, you make a point. Many laws that are passed are solely for the benefit of the law makers. other laws are also made to make the law makers look active. I have an entire forum on this subject of law makers and the government being greedy and not doing what we really need.
