They developed their own weapons and manufactured them.


Are they a match for the US military?

Not even close.

I recommend Dresdin style bombing runs. Reduce their cities to rubble, destroy their infrastructure, and forget the 'you break it, you bought it" crap. Leave the remains of Iran as a reminder to the rest of the world.

We cant do that. We're the good guys. And there is a repressed desire for democracy and reform that already exists there...and would be stamped out by Dresden-style bombing.
