Now, I watch the news. And from watching the news it would appear that we have a few problems today. One of these problems is we have too many nukes and don't know what to do with them. Another is the Arab-Israeli conflict. I think I have the solution to these and many more problems.

We need to put nukes in the arab countries. What we need to do is place a 40 kiliton nuke in every country in the middle east, including Israel. These nukes will be spaced enough apart so that at any moment we could blw an entire country off the map without disturbing the others. We should place a guard around these nukes so the country doesn't try to mess with them.
After we do this, we tell all middle eastern countries that if they attck anybody, the nukes in their country will go off, completely obliberating them.
We also may tell them other things like if the price of oil goes up, the nuke will go off. these could easily be changed and would most definitly solve our middle East problem and our nuke problem. Problem with your solution is that you are taking it for granted that Middle Eastern leaders care about their people, not always the case. Far better to put a small devuce up the arse of each leader, then they might think twice. Then you have the problem of too many nukes..... c'est la vie!
