First, if Dick Clarke gets the blame for 9/11, then so does bush and the whole rat pack.

Second, AQI didn't exist until 2004.

That pretty much says as much as anybody needs to know: the war has proliferated terrorism.

I agree with him. I thought it was pretty common knowledge at this point that Al Qaeda benefits hugely from the war in Iraq. So far we've given them propaganda, practical cause, and often outright material and funds with which to fight.

Iraq is one big sucker-maneuver. The most famous sucker-maneuver in America, I think, is what Sitting Bull did to Custer at Little Bighorn. You know how that one worked, right? Iraq is like that.

With the success in Iraq stability in Iraq has ramped up and US troops have and are being withdrawn in timely manner that facilitates that success.
