You confuse positive discrimination with a quota system. Police recruit upon a recruiment system representive of the overall population.
Can you not see the irony in your post. You say you cannot join the police to protect your country ( first of all ir is not protecting your country.) because of minorities. Disregarding my own advice I would doubt if you have ever actually applied for the police. If you have you were more than likely and given your political views this does in no way suprise me.
