Sarkozy had little if anything to do with this possible legislation . It was foisted on him .
He will be gone in 5 months . He has as much chance of being re-elected as the Man on the Moon .
Far more interesting is whether he can avoid criminal prosecution on a variety of matters from his past .

Ostap when it's your opinion being banned you will not be clapping any more - and the way European democracy is going that is going to happen.

This sort of issue should be left to historians to debate. It was nearly 100 years ago, it is not relevant to modern politics. Far from standing up to genocide this is Sarkozy cynically trying to win over France's large Armenian population to shore up his flagging poll ratings. The man is a slime and is never to be trusted.

It is very relevant to modern time because the new genocide will be happened after Muslims will gain majority in Europa.
