    It really depends on which region of America, or sometimes which neighborhood. There are some places in America were equality is an unquestioned ideology, and offense is immediately taken at the slightest thing that could suggest ethnic distinctions. Then there are other places (mostly in the "South") where people openly believe Blacks and Hispanics are bad for America, and boisterously call for the deportation of children of undocumented migrants.
