belief is what is important, not so much what you believe, for instance, an ordinary sugar pill without belief helps no one, but with belief it can cure your ills and it can be quite the amazing little pill - the magic really comes from within

These people can do whatever they want with their property. In post-Christian Europe you have the right to believe and practice whatever set of values you prefer in your own private space, including property.

As for the "Islamization of Europa" that is just nonsense. Professionals are only moving overseas because of dwindling economic opportunities in Europe at the moment. (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hell, conservatives on PF sound so much like a bunch of NSDAP dudes at a pub spewing out propaganda about how everything is the fault of minorities.

I don't understand why they destroy a Church for make a Mosque... They can keep the Church and make a Mosque in a different place; it's look like a provocation to remplace a Church by a Mosque... That's sad!
    Please, excuse my poor English...!

There is nothing sad about it - they are both places of worship of the same God. Nothing is being destroyed.

Islam does not have anything of value to offer. The problem is that the descendants of muslims will soon become "all of Europe". Just like in the rest of the muslim countries, no muslim will dare leave Islam; those who do so risk being killed for apostasy.

It will not be europeans who decide whether Europe becomes an Islamic fundamentalist state. You are obviously unable to understand that.

The church is empty. Why? Because there's no longer a congregation that needs it.

Should it just stand empty forever?

Abandoned churches are converted to other uses all the time. Bars, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, schools.... you name it.

Converting it to another place of worship makes sense because the building was *built* for that, and requires minimal remodeling. Just like the most likely replacement for a closed department store is.... another department store. Or the most likely replacement for a closed restaurant is.... another restaurant.

Islamaphobes are really becoming pathetic. It used to be that you guys would highlight the excesses of Muslim extremists, and try to use that to tar Islam in general. That's reprehensible (trying to use extremists to tar an entire religion), but at least you were pointing out actual excesses.

This thread, however, is pure "I dislike Muslims." Complete with insults about their "ugly Arabic script."

    Pathetic.
    Man up.

    Think. *Then* post.

Once again, they aren't destroying the church - they are simply buying it and using it for themselves and there is nothing at all wrong with that.

Religion isn't the same; a Christian can't go in a Mosque...!

You remplace it by an other thing, right, but for that you must destroy! That's don't stay a Church, so it is.
