No actually you have that wrong being that the major amount spent of a persons healthcare is in the last two years of their life. Take the time to improve the quality of your life and you should live a long healthy life. If you have wanton disregard for your life don't burden the responsible ones with your issues. The problem with this country today is that every sorry so-and-so that has a hand out gets away with it, instead of looking down on them and making them feel like they are wrong, you libs turn it around and try to make US responsible folks feel guilty... How many people will die waiting for their judgement process to be completed...no chemo therapy for you until we first make sure you didnt bring it on yourself!

Then I never suggested having any panel of judges to determine who would or would not qualify.
