Change the system... Forget it why would I want ot ry... They are all corrupt & bordering on the useless...

Doornob highlight the nob & maybe get a dictionary..

As for my views on bush... whenever we turn on the tv we are bombarded with bu(*)(*)(*)(*)e... Our pasty goverment has followed this right wing nut job along a road of terror & destruction... for what Black gold & world domination.... Saddam Iraq Al Quieda.... Which one is it, or as the USA would have the world beleive they are all the same.....

Bu(*)(*)(*)(*)e's war record is a fabrication as are the reasond to invade Iraq, you yanks are s hyped up over WE LOVE OUR PRESIDENT, even when the guy is plainly linng his & his families pockets at the expense of innocent lives...How much profit dod bu(*)(*)(*)(*)e's companies make in the aftermath of 9/11.... Nice fat cntacts for his cronies & family members....

Don't get me too wrong I like the yanks, it;'s just I couldn't eat a whole one... You are damaging your standing in the world wit ur bully boy tactics & CIA FBI secrecy that surrounds any screw up your country makes...

Adios boys & we are really gonna kick the be-jesus outta you in the Ryder Cup & a jihad on your asses if your dolly birds invade the green again..
Below are a few links to what we see of Bush & co...

Looks like no-one bothered to answer your post properly so i will.

We have 3 types of election : European, General and Local

The general election is the main one. We have over 600 constituencies with a member of each party trying to get elected in each one. The one who gets the most vote in that constituency wins a seat. The party with the most seat then becomes in power however it can be contested when no party has achieved a substantial amount of seats more than the nearest competitor. Laws are past by a Bill going through both Parliament and the house of lords (appointed by the controlling party but then remain there for the rest of there life no matter who gains control) several times.

In Local Elections people attempt to become a councilor. There are usually around 20 or 30 seats to a council and work a bit like a mini government. The council s split into areas and 3 or 4 councilors will be elected from one area. Councils don't have much control over the government, they only attend to matters in there own area. There are many councils (i forget how many exactly) and thousands of councilors.

European elections again involve splitting Britain up into areas. Huge area's this time though, such as the entire of Scotland, the north east and so on. Depending on how large the area is 4 - 8 MEP's will be elected from a given area to join the European Parliament based on % votes. If need a explanation of how European Parliament ask me and i'll give it a shot.

Main parties -

Labour - Used to be liberal but changed when Toni Blair took it over into a near identical copy of the conservatives. Favorites to win next General election and won the European election overall.

Conservative - Overall has had more years in power than Labour. As you'd expect there conservative. Won the last local election.

Liberal Democrats - Center party. The most left of the current 3 main parties. Has never won a election but is growing. 3rd largest. Does allot better in local elections than general.

As for hating Bush, well we don't so much as think he's idiot.
