With this new EU constitutiuon coming into the limelight it just stresses again the fact that the EU is becoming like "The United States of Europe", more and more we see Nations giving up their sovereignty and rights to this institution.
With European courts having some duristiction over National courts, a new common currency and ratess set by the EU and now this Constitution!! It seems only a matter of time before Nations will one day make a judgment only to find it overruled and enforced by the EU and the Rapid Reaction Force(RRF). Is it enevitable??
