Recent technological advances in DNA paternity tests could uncover female adultery and liberate a cuckold from life long payments. To avoid this, feminists’s infinite creativity invented a baby’s “right to her/his genetic material” to prevent a father from taking a bit of blood, saliva or hair from his putative offspring for genetic testing. Feminist women want to maintain the status: before the advent of DNA testing, women managed to hide the offspring of adulterous relations and made the cuckold husband paternity and pay for the resulting offspring. Now most countries create obstacles to paternal DNA testing, so cheating wives do not get discovered.

The Conspiracy Against Cuckolds. Women are sure of maternity. They know for sure the baby is hers. Men can’t be sure. Feminists are against gender equality, they want to prevent men from being sure about paternity.
Summary

Women who actually introduce cuckold babies into her family, make her husband pay for her infidelity, defraud the men out of huge amounts of money. This female fraud is treated leniently. The female adulterous fraudsters are even are protected by laws that make it difficult for cuckolded fathers to do genetic testing.

In some countries fathers who do paternity test on their putative offspring risk 3 years in jail.

We propose equal rights. Women are sure about maternity, so mandatory paternity testing at birth is the only way to level the playing field and have equality of information.

As always, women want to have their cake and eat it. Whenever they are at a disadvantage, they want equality. Whenever they have a privilege, they want to keep it. No equality.

When paternal certainty gets them child support money, they enforce laws for DNA testing: Even if mother cheated, lied, or raped: father always pays child support.

When uncertainty favors a cheating adulterous wife, they instate other laws that punish putative fathers for DNA testing.

It never ceases to amaze me that women get men to enact and enforce their lopsided laws. What damage is done if a woman cheats? 20 years of expense for her husband to feed a cuckold baby!

A cheating wife can make a man invest his life’s work and savings into a child that is not his. This is one of the worst frauds there can be. 20 years of work, a major part of a man’s life, stoled, due to fraud. This fraud should be a felony with long mandatory prison term.

That is real cheating! Amazing, cuckolding a man with a child that is not his is not regarded high treason! And now we have the technology to prevent this cheating, to protect men from the worst effect of their wive’s infidelity.

Amazingly, the feminist influenced legal system managed to undo the technological progress. The female cheater is often protected by law, which makes paternity tests difficult or illegal.

Paternity Fraud is a legally protected right for women, and it is absolutely disgusting. The idea that women have a human right to introduce another man's baby into a marriage/relationship and legally force the husband/significant other into providing half his lifes resources to raise a child that isn't his is a huge miscarriage of justice and feminism is the primary root cause.

Why do feminists feel that a woman has a right to defraud a man into believing that a child is his, and force him by law to not only support that child, but to even have the ability by law, to deny him the right to find out through genetic testing if a child is his.

I would like to hear from some of the wonderful feminists on the forum just how they can justify such blatant fraud and a legal double standard every bit as gross and disgusting as patriarchal double standards they claim exist, but really don't anymore.

If there is any "patriarchal" double standards then those double standards exist because of mother nature and the biological differences between men and women(which are as large as those between humans and chimpanzees) and not through any active cultural conspiracy by men. But there most certainly IS a cultural conspiracy by women to protect women who engage in paternity fraud. Why?

Alright, if that is the case.. why is Paternity Fraud being protected legally and all avenues that would release the cuckold male from bondage being crushed out of existence?

I do not see a reason to make it mandatory, it is no ones business to make such a decision but the parents involved in the relationship. If you have doubts there is no one stopping you from having a test done.

The linked article seems a little outlandish in my opinion, and I think it is being purposely deceitful with many of its claims. I.E. a man raped has to pay his rapist child support.

Personally I do agree that on certain equality issues women do want to have their cake and eat it too. I would be ok with fathers being able to opt out of being a father to even a biological child in certain situations. If it is a choice, it should be afforded to both potential parents on whether or not to have a baby.

Feminists sure picked a convenient time to care about children. They don't seem to give much of a (*)(*)(*)(*) when they're sucking them out of their wombs in pieces.

I find it amusing how feminists (and other progressives for that matter) have such blatent double-standards. When confronted on this, they usually just completely ignore the criticism and keep on proclaiming their ideology. I could go on and on with countless examples of this.

So basically this thread is to rant about women.

Making dna testing at birth mandatory is absurd. No one is stopping anyone from having tests done just stopping them from being mandatory, sure there are a bunch of men who are not bitter big government authoritarians that would agree.

We discuss a specific type of women, with a certain specific mindset and criticize such women. One cannot extend our criticism to all women in any intellectually honest form.

So why must dna tests be mandatory for all? Why should the actions of a very small percentage of all women mandate dna tests to be preformed on all children born? Please tell me how that doesn't translate to big government sticking their nose in where it doesn't belong?

How about a rule that allows men to require a paternity test (at the man's expense) before they pay any child support? If the child turns out not to be his, the woman has to pay the man the cost of the test and he has no further responsibility for the child or the woman.

Likewise, no man should be denied the right to confirm paternity with a paternity test.

My personal favorite is the idea that if a child turns out not to be the husband's, the woman forfeits any claim to any property that the man had before they were married and any right to alimony. She violated the terms of the marriage - the "forsaking all others" part - so she forfeits rights to property claims.
