Well i believe this is justified, women deserve less pay than men on average (not for doing the same jobs) before you all start burning your bra's, my reasoning is that in society there is only a certain number of jobs and of these jobs on average men get much more physically demanding jobs with much greater risks too their health and have to perform more over time whereas women tend to get easier jobs. Another factor is that any woman of child bearing age may need to have maternity pay also.

For it to be women getting paid the same would be blatant sexism.
This is the funniest thing I've seen all day. And that includes the video I just posted in off-topic. Ahhh **wipes eyes** it takes all kinds, don't it?

That is on aggregate.
If a woman is capable of the same amount of utility as the weakest male in the unit, then she is most certainly entitled to the job and the pay.
The determination should be based on performance and not by broad gender assumptions.

Likewise women probably shouldn't be firefighters as lack of strength can actually endanger people... BUT... if the woman is a bodybuilder, stronger than the average male- shouldn't that be an exception?

I was using my personal experiences, and I have yet to meet a female tech that performes at the same rate as the weakest male. I do, however, agree with you; if she can do the same job, she deserves the same pay. I also think that any man who can't perform to the same standard should also recieve less pay.

Post ...

women should get payed less then men?
umm, did you start this thread, because you
really want to pay a hooker only $1.00??

If so, then your a cheap f@ck.

Na, I'm just joking, but really, I think each job
should have it's own wage, and if a women can
do the exact same tasks as a man for a certain
job, then she should get the same pay.
after all I remember when I was in the Army
and all us guys found out that the women made
$75.00 more then we did, when a few guys
complained, the drill Sargent said, look I have
the power to get you that extra $75.00 more on
your check, IF your willing to strap on a bra and
where a tampon each day, which the drill Sargent
said he would check for everyday.

Neddless to say, no one took up the offer.
