Didn't say I didn't like it... just reminds me of a bar I visited once in Nuevo Laredo... Boys' Town, to be exact. They had glittery walls and ceilings that looked like whipped cream.

Maybe you'll share a pic of the final product? I'm sure it'll be lovely.

Yes, usually Monday is the best time for a bar fight. Less drunks in the jail system, very quick to see the Judge.

Speaking of brothels, there is a legal one in Nevada, there is a lot of velvet there for decorations. If anyone was interested.

How ya been, OT? Got snow?

We finally got a cold front last night... only 43 this morning. Back up to 80 by Saturday, so don't drag out the winter coats just yet!

Crazy weather... I could use a good snow day, but nothing on the horizon.

Bummer.

 

Morning y'all.....I took a staycation and didn't hardly get on the computer at all. What'd I miss?

Great Thanksgiving with the kids and grandbaby. Everybody behaved and didn't fight about politics. We put the leaf in the table so everybody would have to sit together and look at each other.... I had a whistle in my pocket, just in case. Went to sweet patootie Elijah's second birthday party Sunday, with a migraine that only got worse before it got better. Fun City Pizza is exactly what you'd expect. Loud. LOL I just can't believe he's TWO!! And very smart, if I do say so myself. Knows his letters and numbers and how to spell his own name already. Nonnie will be feeling really dumb around him before long..LOL

Hope you're all happy and healthy. I've got a fresh load of 'shine out in the truck if anybody wants to help unload it.

 

Missed ya, Kimi... glad you're back. I've got the poolboys unloading the 'shine as we speak. I could use a snort or two for lunch.

 

Nope no snow as of yet. Plenty of cold though. Right now it is 19 degrees outside. Just a tad on the cool side. Here our cold starts about 10 below. At 20 below tourists ae really (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ing about that and why the park is closed. When it gets down to 30 below we bring in both the cat and the dog. And you think that 43 is cold. And in all seriousness we have seen 38 below here in Jackson and 20 below is really not uncommon here.

 

This batch should last us until Christmas, at least. Thank Heaven for pool boys.

 

Just think with all those below temps you keep out the riff raff.. We never get any below temps which means we get plenty of riff raff. (SIGH)...

Yes, the one Nevada welcomes both genders equally. It is also legal as mentioned before, around this time is when it gets the most visitors there, for some reason people like to visit it around the holidays.
