If that were true then Hobby Lobby would be just as opposed to men having access to Vasectomies through their employee health insurance.

Obviously they don't have a moral opposition to those. HL does not appear to object to sex or they wouldn't cover so many other contraceptions. Have to agree with the righties...it's a bad comparison.

Please post a link to the fact that they did cover Viagra or Vasectomies.

No, Hobby Lobby does not pay for BC for their female employees. The whole issue is based on what the employer provided health insurance covers. No company is required to provide BC for female employees.

The reason I brought it up is that Viagra is covered because it treats a medical condition. Many forms of BC for women that Hobby Lobby is opposed to is used to treat conditions such as hormonal imbalances. A large majority of women take birth control pills to regulate their hormones and not to prevent pregnancy. The Right is making these women out to be sex crazed maniacs.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the whole issue that Obama Care mandates birth control for women as a prerequisite for their health?

Are all health care plans the same? My military health care was way better than my private sector job. Someone made a choice to prevent me from obtaining the care that I had while I was in the military. Who was it? Do I blame my current employer for not offering me everything the military offered me? Obama has better healthcare than I do. I want the same health coverage that he has. And I can't get it. So someone is denying me my right to a healthy body!

Obamacare mandates that insurance companies cover birth control for women, not that Employers provide the birth control.

That's exactly what Scalia stated in his opinion of the Smith case. It's hilarious that liberals are on the side of Scalia.

Women will still get their BC at NO COST! That was the Court's ruling, Obamacare still mandates no cost BC. The only thing this ruling did was say that it's not Hobby Lobby who will be paying for it. The insurance company is still mandated to provide it.

Or had gone for abortion. That was before Tiller set up his clinic in her home town.

They will still cover between 15-20 other forms of birth control pills.

    Should be enough for anyone.

Well...it's a HELL of a lot cheaper to Cover Abortion then to have to have the States and Fed's to pay for the kid.

Yes, that's what I've heard, and it is a total, complete, 100% lie. When complete morons like Martha Radditz lead in on the Sunday morning political show with the statement that Hobby Lobby BANS birth control, you know all liberals are a lost cause.

Proof positive that the liberal media is dumber than remotely thought possible.

Then what was the entire point of the Supreme Court decision?
I'm afraid your extreme position on this matter is forcing you into contorting facts and logic.

Hobby Lobby is paying for that insurance coverage. Therefore they cannot be compelled to provide a service with their own money that violates their dearly held religious views.
