Why aren't you concerned over Ukraine interference in our election? Is it because they supported Hillary? Seems to be fairly obvious. Didn't even need to hire former MI6 agent to prepare a dossier.

    http://www.politico.com/story/2017/01/ukraine-sabotage-trump-backfire-233446

And the story about "proof" that Russian hacked the DNC computers resulting in the Wikileaks exposure of corrupt Hillary is falling apart.

Either you have been on a deserted island for the past several months, or you have been enjoying The Simpsons far too much.

In October our 17 intelligence agencies confirmed that the Russians interfered in our elections on Trump's behalf. For the past several months the FBI, the Senate Intelligence Committee, and the House Intelligence Committee led by Devlin Nunes has been investigating the allegation that Trump's staff worked with the Russians. I have provided a mountain of evidence concerning that allegation.

And, yes, I am well aware of the fact that Trump strongly encouraged the Russian effort to interfere in our election.

There now you are all caught up. Except for one post, but that is coming next.

Contact with the hacker after the hack and the emails released.

    Same level, different techniques.

As was Obama. I am guessing it is cost effective. But sending men into space hardly seems to be an important endeavor, especially from a national security perspective.

By "the man himself" do you mean Trump? Calling a sitting President before a Congressional committee to answer charges of collusion with the enemy is an extremely serious charge. The committees better have their ducks in order before they do any such thing. Nixon avoided impeachment by resigning. He never appeared before Congress.

The Nunes caper just got more weird. The New York Times just reported they know the names of Nunes informants. They are Ezra Cohen-Watnick, senior director for intelligence at the National Security Council, and Michael Ellis, a lawyer who works on national security issues, the Times said, citing "several current American officials."

Before Trump fans start yelling "fake news from the liberal media," the White House and Nunes were directly confronted with the Times revelation. The White House repeatedly deflected questions about whether any Trump administration officials gave Nunes the information. During his daily news briefing, White House press secretary Sean Spicer did not say the reporting was incorrect. Asked if he would tell reporters if the report was wrong, he said he was "not going to get into it."

A spokesman for Nunes, who served on Trump's transition team, told NBC News that the Congressman will not "confirm or deny speculation about his source's identity." Eight days later no one, not the Speaker of the House, not members of his committee, not anyone knows what Nunes has except Nunes himself.

Two weeks ago on the Tucker Carlson show on Fox, Trump said his administration would be "submitting things before the committee very soon," an apparent reference to the House Intelligence Committee.

Now the administration has, and the administration looks more guilty by the moment. Nunes' Intelligence Committee is investigating to determine if Trump's staff were involved in the Russian interference in our election. Two White House staffers have information regarding the probe so they hand it over to Nunes and the very next day Nunes rushes over to the White House to warn the President about what the White House has found. In other words, Nunes' committee is investigating the President, information regarding the investigation is received, and Nunes promptly rushes over to warn the President. In the meantime, no one knows what that information is.

All of this results in an absurd question. If the White House did give Nunes the information, why did it shared the reports with the congressman rather than going directly to the White House? Answer: It is a ridiculous ruse that is getting sillier by the day.

Trump is burying himself in a hole. There is old axiom. When you want to get out of a hole, the first step is, quit digging.

Wheee!. How are things in the alternative universe? President Clinton doing okay?

You did say nothing happened in the elections, and there was no Russian interference in same.

You have provided no evidence that backs up that allegation. You have conjectured conspiracy theories, which you see as evidence.

The only evidence we have seen in regards to the DNC hacking was old software with Russian footprints. LOL Russia does not leave footprints. Whoever in the kremlin who would have been that stupid would be found dead. Russia are not so stupid as you HAVE to believe.

If Russia hacked, and passed to wilkileaks, even using a proxy, the NSA as Binney said would have the paths, where it came from, where it went to, then when it went to wilkileaks, and yet since this is not classified any longer that the NSA does this, it would be no problem to SHOW such evidence. And if you listened to what the 17 said, as McGovern advised us, it was not certainty at all given to us. Just an appraisel, which lacked the evidence to be more than an opinion. We were given the same kind of opinion, but even stronger, which took us into Iraq. Intel ain't necessarily the truth, as we found out. We also found out both of Obama's heads, CIA, NSA lied to congress. We found out the CIA broke the law and spied on congress!! Obama did not fire them. At one time, they would have been fired, in the least. And these are the people you put your great trust in. How can you? Because they tell you what you want to hear. And that is it.

Make sure you come back when the truth is revealed. So many of us can tell you just how your hysterics and hate destroyed your mind. OK? Hope you are man enough to do that, unlike the group that run like scared rabbits when they, doing what you are doing, LOST. You will gain respect for your integrity, if you do this.

Again, factually incorrect. He tweeted that Podesta was going to have "his turn in the barrel". About 7 weeks later, Podesta was hacked.

Again, factually incorrect. Criminal campaigning was brought on by Trump and he is the only one who has taken part in it.

Not sure if you are missing the point on purpose or not.

IF you want to create some American jobs, why not fund American enterprise to send our astronauts into Space from any number of companies currently sending cargo to the ISS?

    http://www.cbsnews.com/news/spacex-cargo-ship-finally-reaches-space-station/

You asked what steps Trump has taken to benefit Russia. One is not making such an investment in both American jobs and American astronaut safety.

Not only has there been any evidence at all of trump/putin collusion to help Hillary beat herself, but there isn't even evidence provided that Russia was the hacker who turned the emails over to wilkileaks. ha ha ha Bill Binney who worked for the NSA for 36 years lays out the inconvenient facts for the trump hating tin foil hat boys and girls.

I see nothing of the sort.

What I see is a determined propaganda campaign designed to smear a legally elected President--the very same thing that Soros used his NGOs to engineer in the Ukraine. That President was at least keeping the country stable and independent. How many have died since Soros and the rest played their little game over there? And what about the guns Hillary sent to Libya? How many died because of that? And now you're all on here babbling on about a new President's desire to improve relations with a major power, or a few millions made pre-election in conjunction with some Russians? When your own Hillary was almost certainly leaving secret US communications wide open so the Saudis could see every move even before she did?

If you don't want a similar disruption to what happened in the Ukraine to occur here, I suggest you stop being "played" so easily by the propaganda artists that support our elites. They are trying to set up a climate in which a takeover would be tolerated.

Those of us who voted for Trump have no interest in experiencing another eight years like the last eight, with many blatantly self righteously smearing each and every thought that didn't meet their "approval" and SJW's teaching our own kids to be ashamed of their country, among other abominations like turning on Israel as it struggles to survive while encircled by wolves ...and we certainly do not want a return to the bloodthirsty cabal in control the eight years under the wrongheaded younger Bush.

Leave Trump alone and let him do his job as best he can. We're not interested in passively standing by while you continue to go against the reasonable warnings from those who have made a similar mistake to overload our country with backward immigrants, and further ruin the moral scaffolding this country was built on.

We don't forget why we voted for Trump, and we don't care if you don't like the smell of it. That stink has been in this country for a long time and a fumigation process is in effect. There is definitely "something rotten in Denmark", and Trump will deal with it whether or not, in your current hypnotized state, you like it or want it.

The brainwashing and smear tactics need to stop. Now. There are too many of us that see what is going on for it to be a successful tactic. Those of you that are cooperating with it should be ashamed of yourselves.

All I've seen out of you is indignation and innuendoes...and the same goes for all the "investigators". If Trump's crowd has done anything, it does not go beyond what the Clintons and the national Chamber of Commerce has been doing for years. It is laughable to me that the so-called "globalists" are suddenly seeing treason everywhere when they have been blindly practicing it themselves for years in much more tangible ways than simply talking to a few Russians: Selling out the country's industry and infrastructure, not to mention the jobs half of us depend upon? But none of you show any compunction about all of that. Your whole social class is essentially a bunch of Benedict Arnolds.

The Trump witch hunt is all about his finally having alerted the general public to the fact that the emperor has no clothes. He is seen as a class traitor that needs to be dis-empowered and punished asap. He is wise to spend as much time as he is in his own residence. They are certainly not providing good security at the White House.

Let's get back to Nunes. He is a barrel of laughs.

Nunes, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, told reporters on Wednesday that he just spent several days alone in his apartment holding hearings on Trump’s ties to Russia and that those hearings “went really great.”

“Having concluded several days of hearings on my own in my apartment, I am one hundred per cent satisfied that the President had no involvement with the Russians,” Nunes said. “Now it’s time to move on.”

While Nunes would not reveal who testified at the hearings in his apartment, he called their testimony “credible and productive.”

“I didn’t know what to expect when the hearings started, but, take my word for it, they were really, really good,” he said.

Aw, come on, you gotta admit, that's funny.

Well, there was Nixon before that, and if you believe Nixon there was Johnson before that.

Now that is an obscure benefit to Russia, indeed. A benefit that Obama also bestowed, if that is the case.

Space programs are very expensive and don't create that many jobs. Building a wall is much more effective in that regard.

You call it a witch hunt, but you don't challenge any of the evidence in the OP and subsequent posts, many dealing with the Nunes caper. I don't deal in metaphors when dealing with the facts surrounding Trump, but you deal in metaphors when critiquing me, and you imagine all sorts of things instead of dealing with the facts in the case.

The point is, I don't really care what you say about my posts. What I do care about is that you and many Americans like you are not being honest with yourselves. Your avoidance of startling evidence against our President is disturbing to say the least.

Oh I see what you mean. My fault for not clarifying.

I was speaking of the fact that a large segment of the population accepting the obvious criminal activity. That it was a foreign adversary who is doing it would have caused much consternation during the 60's and 70's.

If Trump admitted that he authorized and solicited Russia to do this, do you think most of Trump's supporters would actually care? Because they sure do not seem to care that one of his key advisors, Roger Stone admitted to being in communication with the hacker during the campaign and well before hacks were released.

There is zero evidence that the elections were effected in any way. Regardless if there was communications with Russia on behalf of the Trump campaign, there is zero evidence that any vote was effected.

If Russia was able to do anything you claim, that just shows how WEAK Obama was on Russian affairs, and security for America and Americans.

If that is your stance, you’re either being intellectually dishonest on a massive scale or you have zero business discussing politics.

What are you talking about? Obama was in power during the elections, it is up to him and his administration to make sure there are no outside influences, no fraud, no influencing at the voters booths. If anything went wrong during the election, it is the president and his/her administrations fault.

Where do you differ? Can you back up your claim, or is it null and void?

A large segment of the population seems to condone the even more blatant criminal activity of Clinton.

People just do not accept the accusations of political adversaries. And there was a definite segment of the population that thought Nixon was treated unfairly.

I can't say what most of his supporters would care about. I still maintain that the evidence of collusion is awfully thin, especially as the preknowledge is attributed to communications with Assange and not Guccifer.

Assange is a journalist, of sorts, and the "crime" there seems to be less egregious than Clinton being alerted to the debate questions or having the ability to pre-approve articles written about her.

But the point is that no one seems to care very much about ethical principles when their interests are at stake. We have come to expect that both sides will lie and cheat with the connivance of the press. I think such things have been going on for a very long time but the public is less naive about the process. I have little doubt that you wouldn't really mind at all if Trump is framed over this Russia business, so long as your party would win.

The real issues motivating the public policies adopted by our politicians bear only an accidental resemblance to those reported in the media, I suspect. Russia is not especially the enemy of the American people, rather it is the enemy of the American elite and their globalist party. I feel threatened not at all by the machinations of Putin, but then again I am not a Ukrainian.

Trump, also, is the enemy of the American elite and their globalist party, and is not especially beloved by the Republicans, either. If he is impeached, and this is a very real possibility, it will not be a win for the American people but for the elite.
