we are a freer society. and we really don't care what non-citizens living thousands of miles away think. we do wonder why you obsess over our laws here.

Wow, that's great! But you have terrible crime stats because of the freedom to purchase firearms?

 

that is the question that destroys the BM claim that the reason why Chicago/DC and other Bannerrhoid cities have such ridiculous crime rates is due to "Easy access of firearms" in nearby states or areas. But what the BM never answers is why those areas-with less insane gun laws-don't have near the rates of violence as the BM run urban areas?

 

The Gun Ban advocates want to punish everyone for the acts of a few hard core Criminals.

 

Has there ever been a point in the history of the nation of Australia, and the united states, where this was not true? Has the nation of Australia ever been so violent, and experienced so many murders, its statistics made the united states look like a crime-free utopia by comparison?

That is the equivalent of an individual of average build and height mocking an individual suffering from dwarfism.

 

And always did, even before you had strict gun control. You laws didn't change the US/Australia homicide rate ratio at all.

Have you realized by now that the US citizenry will never allow the government to take 200 million firearms, register all that are remaining and make owning a firearm a privilege, not a right? The laws force on your states by Howard will never pass here. Of course, I doubt we'll ever have the political will to actually enforce the current laws sufficently, either.

When you replied "And it sure doesn't now" to my post "That problem didn't exist in those countries before they had gun control", the use of the conjunction "and" along with the complete absence of any disagreement indicates that you agree with "That problem didn't exist in those countries before they had gun control". If nothing changed post-gun control, then gun control wasn't a solution to the problem, as the problem didn't and doesn't exist.

They have gun control and low gun deaths. We don't and have high gun deaths. That's enough for me

 

Do reason, We have plenty of Gun Control We also have plenty of Criminal Minorities that repeatedly commit Crimes and not just with Firearms.

Democrats refuse to keep repeat offenders in Prison yet propose more useless Gun Control.
