I've examined the moronic claims of the income tax nuts. If there wasn't an amendment, specifically allowing for it, you would have a small argument against it. But, being that amendments change the constitution, amendments are by definition, constitutional.

Your argument is failing you. I don't present simple "tax protester" arguments. The videos I feature have tax attorneys, legal researchers, former IRS agents, and even the people who wrote the freaking laws giving their input on this subject.
