Because once precedent is set, the united state supreme court rarely overturns and contradicts itself. It is not going to go from stating outright that something is a constitutional right, and then conclude that it is not a constitutional right at some point down the line.

Actions on the part of government do not translate into court cases being overturned and overruled. Beyond such, matters becoming worse have increased public support for greater firearm freedoms, not firearm-related restrictions.

There are Millions of legal Gun owners in the U.S., these Gun owners, many of them are licensed to carry, and are not causing trouble.

There are numbers of hard core criminals living in places like N.Y.C. and L.A., N.J. and Chicago, and Washington D.C. the Nations Capital, those places have very strict Gun Control and very high crime.

Yet Gun Control advocates can't take Guns away from Criminals, so what do they propose ?

Take Guns away from Law Abiding Citizens that pay their taxes and are not a burden to anyone.

it would be nice if people like you who want to ban guns were honest about their motivations. that is all we are asking. sadly the four or five most prominent gun ban fans are not honest about what really motivates them. I don't think gun banners are stupid and actually believe their facade that if you ban guns criminals won't get them. I think they are dishonest because its something that has nothing to do with crime control that motivates those who want to ban guns.
