Face facts. Guns are here. They were invented and they aren't going to disappear just because you don't like them. Deal with the facts. You people crying, the cops are racist, the president is racist, everybody is racist, yet you want only the government and the cops and the criminals to have access to guns? How stupid is that? Pretty stupid.

I always get a kick out of people who fight on the side of government against their OWN rights as citizens. Lol. They are so naive and stupid. :D

The united state supreme court has ruled in Heller that such cannot be done. Entire classes of firearms cannot be prohibited from ownership, especially when they are classes of firearms that the public has overwhelmingly selected for legitimate purposes. That is the established case law. And unless a future united state supreme court overturns Heller, McDonald and Caetano, such is not going to change.

Simply put, it cannot be done.

The untied states congress has already reviewed the matter in depth, and concluded that such a requirement is impossible to actually enforce. There is no mechanism by which to require individuals to actually comply with such a mandate, just as there is no mechanism of determining when someone refuses to comply. It was concluded that without the universal registration of every firearm in existence, such a requirement is meaningless.

Such already exists. It is called due process of the law, and involves the accused being subjected to a trial in a court room.

There are no handguns in the nation of Japan. So how did forty eight individuals die from the use of handguns?

If enough murders continue, it'll be overturned and that'll be the end of certain weapons the government feels we don't need. You'll have to turn in whatever weapons the government wants.

First and foremost, not "everyone" has access to firearms. Nothing will change that fact.

Secondly, it has not been demonstrated by yourself that those who can legally own firearms, and who are legally carrying them, is not a good idea. It cannot be demonstrated that it is a bad idea. All that is being demonstrated is the paranoia of yourself.

The laws of the united states say otherwise.

Are you claiming that individuals actually exercising their constitutional rights is a legal basis for terminating those constitutional rights?

Or perhaps the above should be interpreted as an open declaration of intent to commit insurrection and treason against the united states? What do you intend to do? Are you going to utilize yourself as a sacrificial pawn to kill as many individuals as possible in an effort to force chance to occur?

First and foremost, it cannot be proven by yourself that individuals have firearms on the basis of being paranoid.

Secondly, your memories from being a child are of no relevance. There was no interaction on the part of yourself with tens of hundreds of thousands of individuals, to any extent that would allow for declarations of absolute certainly that they did not have firearms, or that they did not carry them with them wherever they went. Your not knowing that they had firearms, does not mean that they did not have firearms.

Then the question must be asked. What exactly are you going to do about it? Are you going to vote for candidates that have no chance of winning? Are you going to accept their loss if they are not elected, or instead complain about the system that is in place? Are you going to continue screaming impotently in an inarticulate rage about how the law abiding public is free to own firearms in a manner that is disagreed by yourself? Or do you intend to take drastic action and force change by committing mass murder to try and make your point?

How will Heller be overturned? The united state supreme court is not going to overturn and/or overrule its own ruling on the matter simply because of the number of individuals who have been murdered by criminals in illegal possession of a firearm. They determined that the number of murders was not relevant to the matter of whether or not the second amendment protected legal firearms ownership.

How do you know they'll never overturn it?? You forget that if things really get bad, there will be change because the people would demand it.

Who is more of a threat to society?

    1) A gun collector with over 100 guns secured in his home and a concealed carry holder who has never harmed anyone with violence?

    2) Or the gangstas in hoods like Chicago and Baltimore who have over 100 illegal & stolen firearms that have killed dozens of people?

Besides Antifa people like you, I'd deport most of the second group.

Guns will always be easy for anyone to obtain regardless of the law. Surely you know that.
Airplanes, courtrooms and sporting events are not Gun Free Zones.

    Surely you know that.

That's exactly why this notion that you need to have one to protect yourself against the government is ridiculous. If this government ever turned on us you could get a gun in a New York second.

FACT: All this BS about needing to carry a weapon around to protect yourself is just that, BS.

FACT: If less people kept guns around, less guns would be available to the criminal.

Even the NRA has said that the odds of needing a gun to defend yourself are infinitesimal. I believe that most people who carry guns are paranoid in general.

Why would anyone choose to go unarmed through a savage land?

Exactly. I drove a cab in Boston and didn't carry a gun. I worked as a bouncer in a bar, had weapons pulled on me, never carried a gun. The only people I've known who carry, besides police etc., are very strange people.
