Actually there is some disagreement about what he did and did not do and the photograph can be interpreted as either a simulation of a grope for crass humor , or a physical assault, and Franken's apology is not clear. There sure is not evidence that it represents a pattern of conduct a la Cosby, Trump or Moore. Your rush to judgment before even the first meeting of a pending investigation, by a majority Republican Senate is a fascinating study of blatant partisan labeling. You don't provide me a 'hypocrisy test' with two scenarios as completely disparate in almost every respect as Moore and Franken. They have almost nothing in common, from the nature of the accusations, to the quality of the evidence, to the quantity of cases, and every other objective criteria.

One is a definite parking ticket with a no contest plea in court, while the other is two possible parking tickets and three possible cases of vehicular manslaughter and nothing but not guilty screamed at the top of his lungs without any courthouse or judge in sight!

You're wasting your time; there are some people you cannot debate with for various reasons. You'd be better off watching a fly crawl up a drape; that would be more entertaining then attempting to debate with some people.

 

Which do you think is more reprehensible, a 32-year-old "dating" and acting inappropriately, sexually, with a 14 or 15-year-old who didn't want it, or a comedian posing publicly for a camera shot of him being inappropriate with an adult woman for "laughs"?

he rightfully apologized, said he disagreed about what happened, or didn't remember it going down the way she described, said the photo was just a joke but he shouldn't have done it, and agreed to the idea of it being investigated by the Ethics Committee.

The accuser accepted his apology and said,

That hasn't happened.

Trump has admitted to doing this and far worse an NOT apologized or admitted it in spite of SIXTEEN women coming forward and you defend him.

Moore admits to 'dating" 16 year old girls routinely, is accused of having sexual contact with a FOURTEEN year old and was banned from a mall because of his stalking behavior of teen age girls and you defend him.

You have ZERO credibility
