You are a "Progessive" I understand.....what's up is down, what's down is up, what's left is right, what's right is left. Boys can be girls and girls can be boys.The words I so often hear in Divorce Class is "people change". They make Covenents, then they "change". That is what is wrong with this world. It offers no stability to the family unit.

Actually, nobody has made it easier to purchase firearms, there are forms to be inscribed, a comprehensive background check, and concealed carry permits are not given to just anyone.

1. Fingerprints are required.
Submitted to the F.B.I. for comprehensive vetting.

2. Photos are required.

3. Various other Approvals are required.

4. Plus a fee.

Where in the world do you get the idea I" support a man.....blah blah blah"! I grew up in a home where we had a fully automatic German machine pistol my father was shot with and sent home as a souvenier. I suspect I was not the only one. We had shotguns in our cars in high school so we could hunt before class. The NRA was founded primarily so that blacks in the Reconstructive South could have guns to protect themselves against lynch mobs. I suspect we might need them again to protect ourselves from mad dog progressives and elitists that know what's best for the masses. Of course Obama wanted to make gun ownership harder. He militarized the IRS , FBI, and Dept. of Justice to control the masses and the election process. Had Hillary been elected, that militarization would have continued and at some point, force against the citizens might have become neccesary. Oh, by the way, there is NO such thing as an unwanted child. Do you feel you were one?

I am not throwing a tantrum because we have already won. the word 'marriage' is being successfully applied as we speak, to both same gender and opposite gender civil unions in all fifty states. You lost your battle to control or contain the use of the word to heterosexual circumstances. People are not having problems understanding what marriage is. I say my daughter is married to a woman named Sarah and and everyone seems to get it the first time I say it. They don't even scratch their heads or ask ,me to repeat myself. Maybe you are more easily upset by language change,than most people in Oregon, but they are handling this fine. Have you checked the recent polling on same sex marriage, and that is the term used in polls, to see how big a concern the 'imprecision' of this term might be? Last I checked 65% of Americans polled were in favor of just that use of language. Nothing to stomp about.
