They are heaping in shovelsful in WV! House confinement? That's one recommendation, but the bible-humping degenerate is being eclipsed by a new embarrassment for the GOP. We'll all miss ol' Roy, but they've come up with another Trump bum kisser that's a convicted felon! (It was fun, wasn't it?) "One of our attorneys is a Jew!" In the tradition of flaming Trumpaloons Moore and Saccone, in West Virginia, they've got themselves a doozie! Don Blankenship, who just wrapped up a year in federal prison for criminal conspiracy to violate mine safety and health rules — a coordinated and concealed series of violations that lasted for at least 15 months leading up to the tragic Upper Big Branch mine explosion that killed 29 coal workers — emerged from his incarceration unrepentant, and none the humbler. On Tuesday, the former CEO of Massey Energy released an open letter to President Trump urging the administration to ignore any legislation that would strengthen punishments for mining company executives and supervisors who knowingly flout safety rules.
LOL! Can you stain a stain on a stain? I think they are stained about as much as anything can be. The chickens just haven't come home to roost yet. But they will soon enough.
I prefer to see it as the passing of the torch from the lying lecher to the ex-con. The GOP's Trump flamers just keep coming!
Roy Moore only lost because Republicans didn't show up at the polls because they wouldn't vote for him.
That, and there was no shortage of Alabamans eager to vote against the lying degenerate. Secretary of State John Merrill had estimated turnout would be about 25 percent. But more than 1.3 million of Alabama's 3.3 million voters participated for a turnout of 40.4 percent, according to unofficial results from Merrill's office. http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/12/turnout_exceeds_expectations_i.html Blankenship may be a worthy successor.
Will be interesting ................ A well liked Senator vs a Rich Coal Trump Loving Ex Con........... Maybe he can give Trump some Jail yard pointers ? In 2010, voters elected Gov. Joe Manchin, a popular Democratic social conservative who fits the state well, to replace legendary Sen. Robert Byrd. Manchin was elected to a full term in 2012. But the state has shifted considerably toward the Republicans since Manchin won his seat, and the Party of Lincoln now controls almost all of the statewide offices, the congressional delegation, and the state legislature. There is a heated primary between Massey Coal C.E.O. Don Blankenship, Rep. Evan Jenkins, and Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. Donald Trump is still popular in this state, and this race will severely test the degree to which popular incumbents with idiosyncratic ideologies can win in states where their party identification no longer matches up with the state’s.
Forbes (among others) list Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia, and Mississippi as the worst-educated states in the union, but I'm told that that demographic distinction is merely coincidental.
There are significant demographic correlations between a state's level of education, poverty, health, longevity, and other quality of life indices.
Moore was neither charged nor convicted on a misdemeanor or felony in his life, nor served any time in the prison house. Laws are needed that prevent a convicted felon from running, voting, or possessing a firearm.
They have a disproportionate share of the demographics that is disproportionately the poorest, least educational achievement, highest health problems and other quality of life indices.
West Virginia's Blankenship could be another national embarrassment for the GOP of Alabama's Roy Moore proportions.
They have a disproportionate share of the demographics that is disproportionately the poorest, least educational achievement, highest health problems and other quality of life indices.
They have a disproportionate share of our backwater inbred Antebellum planter aristocracy nostalgiaists in state government making policies that hold their own populations back, by design. Hey. We’re bringin’ coal back, who wants to get blown up in a predatory capitalist's mine?!?!?!?!?!?
Nope nationally that demographic is disportionately poorer, less educated, in worse health and that's not even touching on the crime they disproportionately commit. And since they are disproportionately represented in those states mentioned of course those numbers will be higher in those states.
LOL...you are not helping your cause one bit. So, in other words, if only more people who approved/ignored of Moore's child-molesting/raping/stalking ways had showed up....Moore would have won? Okee dokee.
I don't know where they found him, but he's yet another big time trump kiss ass that they're trying to lose.
