Mueller has to find out what kind of financial ties Trump has to Russia. It's driving Trump crazy because he's got them and it has influenced and is influencing his attitude to Russia and Putin.
Well, we continue to have examples of Trump surrounding himself with only the "best" people ... ... to fire.
Trump should not unless there is some method by which “misspeaks” can be corrected. For example Libby remembered that Russert stated X months before but Russert did not recall that. I don’t know if this is legally possible.
The hiring - and letting loose in the media - of Joseph E. diGenova by Trump is a big mistake, IMO. The last - ABSOLUTELY LAST - thing you do when you are being investigated by law enforcement people is to publicly attack them. They are humans too and the more you publicly attack them, the more they will naturally want to see you punished and will work just that much harder to make that happen. Never disrespect cops....NEVER. It is the one thing they almost all seem to crave as law enforcers. Tell them you hate them, ignore them, argue with them. But NEVER disrespect them. I realize attacking people is Trump's mantra. But doing it to law enforcement personnel (as Joseph E. diGenova has been for Trump) is a stupid mistake, IMO.
"Perjury trap"?? So you believe Trump couldn't just tell the truth and avoid perjury? So do I. Lying is a habit for him and we know he can't stop.
Actually Joe De Genova is a excellent choice. Dowd screwed up when he said he spoke for the President.
It shows consistency in his pattern of hiring the wrong person for the job ... that's news when it is about the President.
A perjury trap is typically used to compel a person to spill the beans and is not prosecuted in itself. I have no problem with compelling people like Mike Flynn to spill the beans.
Personal attacks due to lacking anything else is easy to spot too. And your concern is as I said: Trump can't stop lying.
A lot of minority students graduate from every university in the United States. You jumped to what I can only account for as a biased conclusion.
He's had his tax returns since week one. But I wonder if Mueller has any sort of scruples with regards to what hes eventually going to report on. I mean obviously there was no collusion and there was no criminal activity. But Mueller can still cause massive damage to the nation by misleading people, in conjunction with media, when he reports on things that are totally legal on their own but will fool gullible people when presented in manufactured nefarious context.
According to everyone, Right and Left, when Mueller was first appointed as special counsel, he is an extremely honorable individual with very high scruples. It is only since Trump and his supporters have been attacking Mueller that we have ever heard anything to suggest Mueller wasn't completely scrupulous.
He should show leadership, and hire in some H1Bs, or get some TEMPS, from MANPOWER. Put his lawyers on a commission only deal.
