The unarmed folks who have been murdered time and time again by police were not threating anyone and you try to defend it. Hell you supported the police in the murder of Oscar Grant.

Well actually, no I don't think the Police had a clue at that time that it was his Grandmothers house. Which could have been a factor in their judgment to kill him because for all they knew, he was armed(something in his hand) and had he breached the door to the home, he could have taken hostages or killed everyone in the home. How would the Police know any different at that point whose home it was or what the suspects intentions were? And yes I think the suspect was that stupid or scared stupid to think that getting into his Grandmothers home would somehow make him safe. I mean, that's what he was trying to do in the video.

 

You go stalking someone with your gun some rainy eve. No pussyassed slob who uses as a defense for murdering a teenager that "I'm a punkass fishbellied blob and I'm defenseless so when I was challenged for armed stalking had had to kill him" should ever have access to a firearm.

 

I think it's rather well established in american jurist prudence. With “suspects” below a certain socioeconomic class, the police can simply murder and ask questions later. There is always “fear” as an out.

the cop escalated that situation at the hotel, the young man had been drinking, but not drunk... but even a sober person would have had issues with those commands and the verbal escalation and death threats from the cop, the young man was having a panic attack cause he knew he was about to be murdered

 

Yes we know, OJ and Zimmerman were found not guilty so can not be called murderers
