I have nothing to defend myself from not care to respond to what I posted.

I meant exactly what I said under the law you have a right to defend yourself from a threat to your life of limb, why are you trying to deny that fact? The standard is if a reasonable person would have such a fear.

Then it is a specious point as far as the police and everyone whining about "he was killed in his own grandmothers backyard' are making a specious point and no I don't think even criminals think that if you get to Grandma's house the police have to give up.

People must first care about their own lives, before they expect others to care.
Parents must teach and nurture their children. It is not about skin color.

Well since the shots were fired rapidly there is no way he was hit with number seven and turned 360 degrees.

Here is the Florida stalking law, explain how Zimmerman violated it

    (2) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
    (3) A person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person and makes a credible threat to that person commits the offense of aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Instead of simply throwing the race card can you try to have a civil reasoned discussion?

How did the police know it was a toy gun, a very realistic looking toying gun from which he had removed the bright orange tip designating it as a toy gun, when he pointed it at them?

THAT is made up liberal BS. You're not entitled to apologize for anything you didn't do. PERIOD.

That could be kids playing games at night, and there were no reports of gunfire or any violence. This is why many people with guns should have them seized. If you are going out with a gun to go after an unknown like that you are using overkill and are an unsafe person with a weapon. You are a danger to yourself and others and you have no business with a gun outside of a war zone. As society we should take them from you until you can show some common sense and act responsibly with a deadly weapon. You don't shoot first and let God pick up the pieces as a part of civilized society.

I am pretty sure if a pair of cops unloaded ten shots each at an unarmed person in a white neighborhood they would not be cops anymore. If they killed someone they would be arrested. This is about skin color because cops do not do this in my neighborhood.

Like I said, I already did it and you cannot stop me. I don't mind apologizing for racism and undermining the hate that others wish to spread I don't see why another person would be so angered by it and even argue with what I said considering it was just an affirmation that black people are important members of our community. Well, there is one reason. You are not racist are you? Are you telling me that black lives do not matter to you and that I am wrong in what I said because you want to spread hate and bad feelings to black people around here?

But it's still meaningless and if you go dropped off in South Chicago it would be obvious.

Been there, the south Bronx, Harlem, Baltimore, D.C., Atlanta, Miami and been in the areas where it is very black and at times very poor.

Do you have a point because I am still here and I have friends there. You see I don't live in a bubble of fear and faux news lies. I know that faux news lies when they say you are not going to survive as a white person in a black area because I am still here. So you are wrong, and I am living proof. There is no neighborhood I fear to go. Oh, and better off I will do it in a dress.

Still meaningless and really quite subjective if it's to be believed at all.

You are the one trying to tell me that if I got dropped off in a bad neighborhood something bad would happen. That is because you don't know those neighborhoods. You only know what you hear on the fear mongering tv. I would be afraid too if I believed everything the right wing media told me. I have lived in the world which would appear to not be meaningless as I am aware of the illusions created by right wing media about black people and poor areas. I live in reality, and you live in tv land.

You might want to actually get out and meet some people. You will find a lot of great black people out there. I am sorry for them to have to deal with such ignorance from people who just don't know, or even worse know something completely wrong and are unwilling to see the world. I get you would like black people to be horrible thugs because that makes what happens to them seem justified and good. They aren't and what the cops do to them is wrong. In this case it is dangerous and psychotic.

Who wants cops running around shooting up their neighborhood because some person is running around in backyards? That is nuts. It is not safe. You know that and you wish it on black neighborhoods.

I truly apologize for mistaking the meaning of your post, I was trying to get ready for work and keep posting at the same time. I guess I tied my shoes together (figuratively). ;)

He should have been scared stiff and just not moved, but repeatedly kept reaching for his waist band after being told not to cost him his life. Do you believe in evolution?
