It's not playing the race card when race is an element.
Unfortunately it appears that too many police officers go into situations falsely assuming that blacks pose a greater threat despite the opposite being true. According to the FBI more cops are killed in felonious assault by whites than blacks. Combine this with the 90% drop in the rate of cops being killed in a felonious assault since 1970 it is alarming that shoot first for your own safety is used as a defense. There's some really bad training going on here.
Chris Rock put it like this, cops have a tough job, a really tough job and he doesn't think that they are paid enough. "But then, you get what you pay for."

Once on the ground he represented no threat. What commands did they give before he dropped to the ground? What commands did they give once he dropped?

The video shows that he did not turn when they fired. At no point did he have his back facing the officers

No it was throwing tthe race card, now care to answer?

How did the police know it was a toy gun, a very realistic looking toying gun from which he had removed the bright orange tip designating it as a toy gun, when he pointed it at them?

You are wrong. They shot him repeatedly when he was already on the ground representing no threat. No time was given for him to respond to any commands once he stopped running

The boy did not point it at them - it was in his trousers.

the cop was shouting like a mad man that if he did not move he would kill him... he was doing his best... the cop killed him anyways

he tried to tell the cop, the cop told him to shut up or he would kill him
craw on the ground with your legs ankles crossed and hands up, and if you lose your balance the cop was shouting he would kill him

any human that a cop did that too when they were just spending the night at a hotel minding their own business in their hotel room would of had issue with his attitude and commands, he escalated it to the point of killing a innocent man.. bravo mr cop

that cop was not evolved, he was devolved

The video shows that at the point of being shot by the officer, nothing was being pointed at the officer. He was killed in less than a half of a second from when the car ground to a stop. There is a reason that $6M was paid out

No one is shooting neighborhoods except for the bangers, especially the Blacks. Chicago, Camden, B-more, Philly, Gary etc etc, it's all the same and it's not the cops.

Why was he being asked to crawl, especially with crossed legs, in the first place while all those officers just watched

I say bad cops of all races effect all races of civilians... as a white person I do not need to apologize for a bad white persons actions any more then a black person needs to apologize for a bad black persons actions

what we can all do, is call for people caught behaving badly to be punished to the max the law allows (regardless of race)

The Police didn't just show up on their own. They were called by the residents.
Police kill twice as many whites as blacks. But you hardly hear about the whites they kill. And you never hear the end of the blacks they kill. That's why you are an apologist. You are ignorant, blinded and brainwashed by the liberal media.

There was nothing threatening in the movements of that man. The meaning of which was self evident. There are no excuses for his killing.

So to you, one miscarriage of justice makes it okay for a second one to occour? Is that what your saying here? Tit for tat? If "they" get off on a crime they shouldnt, then so should the cops? what a terrifying viewpoint.

Any “analysis” of police killings will of course show that in absolute numbers, more white people are killed in police shootings than black people, because (non-Hispanic) whites comprise a roughly five times greater share of the U.S. population (62% vs. 13%). So any “analysis” that is based on nothing more than absolute numbers and does not take demographics into account is inaccurate and misleading

Because the federal government doesn’t keep an accurate log of police shootings, news outlets such as the Washington Post and journalists such as D. Brian Burghart have begun tracking such data independently. The Post described the statistical breakdown of fatal police shootings in 2015 thusly:

According to the most recent census data, there are nearly 160 million more white people in America than there are black people. White people make up roughly 62 percent of the U.S. population but only about 49 percent of those who are killed by police officers. African Americans, however, account for 24 percent of those fatally shot and killed by the police despite being just 13 percent of the U.S. population. As The Post noted in a new analysis, that means black Americans are 2.5 times as likely as white Americans to be shot and killed by police officers.

Your post reeks of cherry picking facts. Why do you feel the need to manipulate the truth to fit your narrative?
