Pretending that the real estate brokers are faux is just racist. What matters in retail is public perception anything else is just b*******. I worked in JCPenney many many decades ago and a woman brought in an outfit that was obviously homemade and wanted a refund. We at store-level declined her she complain to corporate and corporate told us to refund her money. The Starbucks store manager incited a brouhaha should have known better and mismanaged it.
