    I know what Starbucks business model is and the CEO flying out there to meet with the two real estate agents isnt part of it.

    That doesn't really answer the question does it? Do you make a habit of just going into restaurants, not ordering nor telling people you're waiting for the rest of your party, just plunking your butt down and wait to make a scene when they enforce loitering policy?

    Nor do I. You know why? Because I know what loitering is. Seems the only chips on shoulders here, may have been the loiterers themselves.


    If they don't know what loitering is, it reflects badly on their generations education.

    In certain businesses, I agree. But this is a café, so you are wrong.
    Once again, this a café. You do have that right.
    Do you require more than "Yes, it does"?
    One doesn't need to be "special". Again and again, this is a café. You don't have to "buy something or get out". That idea is just the reaction from someone with an inferiority complex. Starbucks response proves it.

    THERE ARE TWO FACTS THAT TELL THE WHOLE STORY:
    1). All the employee had to do was ..... nothing. Had she left them alone none of this would have happened.

    2). Starbucks' apology proves that it was unnecessary to make such a big fuss over it.

    You cannot make claims as to the employees state of mind. To justify taking up space because the table was unoccupied means I should be able to sleep in your bed when you're not home. Its unoccupied, right?

    Yes. Can you show in their rules where you can come in and sit regardless of being a customer or not?

    Starbucks caving to racial noise doesn't prove anything of the sort.

    She could have left them alone, but why? It's a business. Buy something or go home. Starbucks apology is just that...an apology. the expected route anytime a persona or business ends up on the bad side of a story.


    Anyway, heres something you might need to brush up on.

    Cut and dry really.

    Businesses haven't changed. They don't open to give things away for free. They are hoping that while you are using their facility that you will buy something. The world really isn't your oyster.

    What's scary is seeing the spoiled and entitled generation of people sharing the place with me who think they can just sit anywhere they like, and if someone questions them...they're the problem.

    While they hope you buy a beverage, or a snack on your extended visit. They didn't just open a new public park with WiFi...


    Buy something, or at least tell someone you are waiting for your party. Is that really too hard? Things like this don't happen when you do. Why wouldn't one extend that courtesy?

    Everyone has a RIGHT to just go take the seats and space from the paying customers. And THE MAN better not even wonder why I'm taking up the space without buying anything.

    These entitled people nowadays. They think everything is a "right". It's embarrassing.
