From the looks of it, Mueller is still at the stage where he is trying to get people to talk. This is due to his prosecutions of close Trump associates based on major financial fraud usually with Russians. I think we should wait and see if this bears any fruit. If not, the investigation will probably resolve in another year with Trump in the clear.

Everyone has talked to him there has been complete cooperation, no long drawn out court fights, no disappearing evidence, no claims of the fifth or immunities. All the fraud cases by private citizens should be turned over to DOJ attorneys and Mueller can wrap up the collusion thing.
