Before 911 Dominos would send the same delivery person every time. The MP's got to know them, would dispense with the ID, the paperwork and formalities, and waved them through.

Those days are gone forever. Now every vehicle is a potential terrorist vehicle, and every person a potential terrorist -- or a terrorist hidden in back may have a gun on a good person, or have comrades holding their family hostage. No one can be cut a break.

uh, pointing out you were wrong, and actually showing you how and why using supreme court precedent, isn't trolling.

the rest was irrelevant. You acknowledged you were given the court ruling that showed you to be in error.

That's where you're completely wrong. The soldiers didn't get the man deported. He had to present an ID which showed he is a law breaker who defied a ruling that said he must leave back in 2010. The only person to blame in this case is the illegal immigrant himself. He finally got caught.

So you're ok with blaming them instead of the law breaker. Btw, they are the military, federal employees. They have certain duties to uphold. Obviously something you know nothing about.

If a soldier gets caught breaking regs, commander's postings on the bulletin board, or UCMJ they're going to be punished. When it's your arse or their arse it's always going to be their arse.

"just following orders" is a shitty excuse, i thought that was pretty well settled during the nuremburg trials.

Lot of difference between base HQ saying take him down to the creek and shoot him, and applying the law of the land.

For the third or fourth time, this ruling has absolutely nothing to do with my argument or the first section of the 14th amendment where it talks about obtaining citizenship for those subject to the jurisdiction of the USA.

The ruling only has to do with the second part of the 14th in regards to equal protection and due process for those within the jurisdiction of the US.

If you don't like it, move. You're holding the wrong people accountable for what happen to this illegal. Says a lot about you.

Young kids with their hard working dad ripped away from them. Now they're going to be on welfare.

What conservatives find "hilarious" is just baffling to me.

No the question is whose going to do that job. With 3.8% unemployment and finding workers getting harder and harder, the guys on the base will have to drive to get their own pizza. And can thank donald for that.

Yeah, just like slave owners had to pick their own cotton after the Civil War.

They did nothing wrong. Illegal immigrants should be deported. It's unfair to legal immigrants (who have to work hard/go through a lot of red tape) to let them stay.

Immigrating without filing the right paperwork is a completely petty crime, and I'm someone who's pretty opposed to the concepts of law and crime to begin with. All legality tells you is how well a course of action meshes with the aims of the powerful.

So you think it's ok for illegals to come in and steal jobs from the legal immigrants?

and I corrected this statement. It defines "jurisdiction".

And you were corrected on this as well.

Nope. Blacks were freed, not deported as a result of the civil war.

I think that the concept of jobs as a finite resource is completely archaic and should be superseded. I'm all about anarchic cybernetic communism and other such fun ****.

Conservatives will start changing their tune when they find out they no longer can hire cheap labor to deliver their pizza, clean their houses, weed their gardens, and have someone to watch over their parents.

Illegal alien labor is still exploitation. You seem to want some dark skinned person to do the work no one else wants to do for cheap.
