I wasn't making an argument. I was stating a fact. My argument has already won this debate. I gave you the case law showing you are wrong.

    I didn't. I used supreme court precedent.
nope. I prefer actual legally binding court rulings, to uneducated and incorrect opinions of lay persons.

The ruling had nothing to do with the first oart of the amendment where "subject to" was used. The ruling only talked about the second part about 'people' 'within the jurisdiction'. The ruling had nothing to do with what I was taljing about. Maybe find one that does and then we can address how you prefer to listen to authority over having thoughts of your own based on logic evidence and reasoning.

Yeah gotta get rid of that pizza delivery guy. So dangerous, and sucking away a high value job that could be done by a full citizen.

It's similar, but not as bad.

I am definitely left leaning, but I don't pay attention to the PC bullshit from those on the far left. I don't give a **** if a word or adjective offends anyone.

Ha ha. You ever tried to get on a military base? If you have a warrant for your arrest, when they check you in, they check that, here. I have known a couple guys who had warrants, and were held by the entry guards until the local police picked them up and took them to jail. You need to be legal and clean to enter into the air force base here. Just the facts, ma'am.

I know. I mean show me very specifically where it refers to the first part of the 14th about gaining citizenship. What I see in your quote only talks about the second part of the 14th about 'people' recieving equal protection and due process.

The first part of the 14th uses the phrase 'subject to the jurisdiction' and the part which the ruling you quoted refers to the section that says 'within the jurisdiction'. Your quoted never refers to the section I am talking about in how citizenship is obtained.

Awesome! Let's see he came here and lived here not legally with the permission of the US Government and had some kids who now are in limbo, I would let the father take them being their father and then when they turn eighteen they can return to the US if they want they are citizens but should be with their parent over foster care and be a burden on the government. And they are minors unless you can make a case they should go with the parents.

I guess your definition of "hellhole" is "I had to go to McDonald's instead of Chipotle."

I would check my tail lights at sunset, 9:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. every day.

How old are you? I usually don't take issue with trolling but this is just annoying, extremely unproductive, and detrimental to the quality of the forum.

You cannot just cut out what is said and interpret it anyway you want. You have to consider intention and context as well.
