Bingo Libby spot on, I am friends with several Hispanics and work with even more and they hate the illegal immigrants pouring into this country. They feel it hurts their value and culture. They are all republicans too.

The guy is in the country illegally. He gets busted and says he will leave on his own. He lied about that (Mueller would have a field day with him on that one) He idiotically has 2 kids while he's literally on the run from the law. He gets caught again.

Where's the bigotry in wanting to see our laws followed and justice applied when the laws are broken.

The best part is that people like you could prove how much your treasure these deported illegals and set up funds for them so this guy and others like him can live the good life. But unless you can find someone other than yourselves to use their money to do it, it will never happen because you guys never do anything, you always tell others what they should do in order to achieve your goals and agenda.

Where do you come up with this crap?

Whenever we talk about trannys, gays, Muslims or any of the other liberal pets, our progressive friends almost always tell us how many friends they have in the Muslim community, the tranny community, or any of the other 'communities' where they segregate themselves away from main stream America. Am I right?

I lived in El Paso and now Las Cruces, I'm surrounded by the Latino community, and they hate illegals and they call Mexican nationals 'those dirty Mexicans.' Yes, that's actually how they refer to them. It makes you think that liberals never really hang out in the oddball communities they claim to have all these friends in. Yes, I'm saying they don't have Muslim, Latino, Gay and Tranny friends (they may not even know any) in the numbers they want us to believe. Basically, I'm calling them liars.

If trannys wanted their own community it's because they want to be among themselves and away from normal Americans, so why would they let normal Americans into their community since it would dilute that community and go against the notion of even having a community? I'm again calling liberals liars.

What would a divorce accomplish???? Based upon his previous order of removal he is inadmissible to the US for ten years......unless he can get a waiver and a permission to reapply after removal approved......best case scenario he will be gone 3-4 years

It happens when you break the law. Having kids doesn't relieve one of guilt in breaking the law, if it did the prisons would be empty not full.

    Base security is serious business.

Source: was LPO of Naval Station Mayport's security department from early 1991 until I separated in late 1993. We did not take it lightly then, and I'm certain it is not taken lightly now.

    That is over simplified.

It is the about the child being subject to the jurisdiction of the united states. It says nothing of the parents.

The big issue with United States v. Wong Kim Ark is that they confused "subject to the jurisdiction of" with "within the jurisdiction of".
A person here is within the jurisdiction of the united states. A citizen or a slave is subject to the jurisdiction of the united states. The united states can make laws regarding a citizen even if that citizen resides outside of the united states. Including registering for the draft and filing for income tax.https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/overseas-american-citizens-obligation-pay-us-taxes.html

In other words, "subject to the jurisdiction of the united states" is more than having to follow laws within the jurisdiction of the USA. It is more about what claim the USA has to you as a slave or citizen regardless of where you reside.

You do know that most military bases have pizza places on base. Right?

I agree though. Outside deliveries should be met at the gate. It may be that delivery drivers are screened and given an ID to allow them short term access. For months at a time.

Here's the way it works for my techs who need to go to Holloman AFB from time to time:

Every year I fill out a form for each tech and it has their full name, social security number, DOB and city/state of birth and a complete background check is done on him. After a few weeks they're given a VAR number (I have no idea what that is). If the passes take too long to come in then the tech needs to have someone on the base sponsor and escort him everywhere he goes. There is no way a pizza man would be let onto the base un-escorted unless he had a pass and an illegal would not get a pass because he'd fail the background check. It's even more strigent at White Sands Missile Range and NASA

The background check Holloman uses is so tough that I can't get a pass due to an event from over 10 years ago where no arrests or charges were made.

That clearly is not the issue.

I have first hand experience with employees who are both citizens and green card holders refusing to work on Federal facilities because of the way they have been treated by some of the security people due to the climate that Trump and his relentless race baiting have promoted.

Actually if you read the article it is.. He did not have the proper ID thus they did more checking and found he was here illegally since 2010.

All your talk about angry white people or claiming this has anything to do with people trying to call all hispanics gang members doesnt change the facts.

"He was directed to a center to get a daily pass. Then, "upon signing a waiver permitting a background check, Department of the Army Access Control standard for all visitors, an active Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant was discovered on file" and he was detained."

Dumb ass was willing to get a background check did he not think it would show his immigration status?

I guess these employees you claim to know about have something to hide. Perhaps employees with less questionable status would be a better choice.

I had that exact same thought.

Or maybe they're just lazy and it's easier to say "I can't work there" and blame Trump.

Or they are cozying up to Tom and his blatant biases by playing along "yeah, yeah, Tom, Trump is sooo baaad!"

Legal citizens and green card holders with clean records have nothing to fear from security or background checks.
